I met with Sue Stettner (the Assistant Director) for weekly supervision. We would talk about upcoming programs and past programs. Also, this was a good time for us to talk about what was going on in general with me. Sue helped me to get better organized and helped out on my planning of programs. This was more than professional supervision, Sue helped me out with my personal development. There were tears and cheers!
